This bowl has a really striking grain with the dark and light rings. The pattern of the grain is whi this wood is nicknamed Zebrano as it looks like the stripes of a Zebra.

I have used the medium coloured opal on this one as it isn’t too bright and when you catch it in the light, you can see blue, green and even a little pink in the pieces of opal.

This bowl, although being a little deeper than a dish, still has a really good weight to it.

It measures approx 178mm on the outside diameter and approx 152mm on the internal diameter. The height of this bowl is approx 46mm high.

This wood originates from Central Africa.
